Drinking soda! I’ve cut wayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy back.I just quit buying it for our household. And even when we go out I pick tea or lemonade

    • Nicole Vick

Maybe carbonated water? I bought a sodastream a long time ago and was making soda with it,but then I just started making sparkling water and adding a bit of lemon or lime. Satisfies my craving for bubbles without all the sugar.

      • YES totally I am a BIG fan of sparkling water, it takes you out of the SODA without getting rid of the bubbly water thing! Thank you Nicole for sharing your insight I love my readers connect <3
