I LOVE this workout, I mean seriously your ARMS will burn as well as YOUR LOWER BODY, it is SO effective! The best part is you can do it at HOME <– YA, at home so no excuses to “not workout.”

This workout DIGS deep into the accessory muscles by burning out the larger (glute) muscles. Be sure to WORKOUT do not flow through the movement, DO the movement, pretend like someone is watching you!
