I hope all of your weekends were filled with fun and sunshine, mine was filled with exploration, getting my home together and eating out a whole bunch. To start Monday off on a positive note, I want you all to remember that every SINGLE day is a NEW day, a NEW week and a day to start over. Today I want you to look in your calendars and find time to grocery shop, find that workout buddy and make a fit friends date and sign up for a gym. Today is THE day, make it so!

My goal right now is to get a workout in everyday, so I have been performing exercises that work quickly, work multiple body parts at once + burn lots of calories in a minimal amount of time. I miss my hour long sessions, my time to lift, feel powerful and give myself a bit of an endorphin high but with my house being my number one priority. My house has been my number one priority because once my house is set up I do not have to worry anymore..ladies you with me on this?

I understand the time commitment that comes with getting healthy, the food prepping, the gym time and making YOURSELF a priority takes you away from other activities. This may be hard at first but YOU should be your number one priority, you really are WORTH it.
