Easy Slow Cooking Recipes

Black Bean Stew


  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 sweet corn
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 1/2 cup black beans
  • 3-4 cloves garlic
  • 1 tsp. hot sauce
  • 10 cherry tomatoes
  • 3 cups black bean latin style soup
  • 1 cup water


  1. Peel onion and garlic. Cut in 4’s.
  2. Throw it all in crock pot.
  3. Let food slow cook for 7-8 hours
  4. Take a fork and separate it all in crock pot.
  5. Add avocado if you want
  6. Serve.
  7. Place leftovers in glass container and use for soup, leftovers or sauce!
